Such a cute place in downtown Portland, we didn't have reservations Sunday night but showed up here and was able to be sat at the bar. Overall service was great and food was too! The bread for the lobster pasta was hands down the best but that's because it was truly amazing. The lobster pasta was solid but wish the portion was bigger for the price. The scallops were a bit overcooked but paired with the sweet fid sauce and butternut purée it balanced so well together!
The oysters and shrimp cocktail were super fresh and delicious. The service was great and very attentive. I appreciated the service waiter checking in each course of the meal and prompt response to our request. For lunch time the restaurant was quiet so very good for conversation. We picked to seat near the window for people watching outside. My first visit to Maine and was visiting only for the day. The location of the restaurant was in the heart of the main street with all of the boutique shopping and parking was easy.
Great atmosphere. Right on the main strip. Classic seafood dishes. Plenty of space. Server was good.
We had dinner here because we could not get last minute reservations anywhere else. Well. Sometimes things work out for the best. Beautifully restaurant with comfortable chairs and well spaced tables. Professional, warm service. Delicious, fresh food. And tasty cocktails. Next time in Old Port we will just make reservations for dinner here, first.

The best mussels ever. We also tried their fish and chips which are very light breaded, and we love that !! It was a stop in the way to our hotel and we colud sit there the whole day. A good one indeed!! Los mejores mejillones de todos los tiempos. También probamos su pescado y patatas fritas, que están empanizados muy ligeros, ¡y eso nos encanta! Fue una parada en el camino a nuestro hotel y pudimos sentarnos allí todo el día. ¡¡Una buena por cierto!!
Nothing at this place blew me away and the menu is pretty limited but the service is nice and they had room when I needed them to so nice to know that they are there as a stand by. Wouldn't rush back, but would go again if needed.
Had an amazing dinner at old port that I ate all my food and don't have pictures. Sorry, but everything was GOOD. It was a table of 5 and not one person had a complaint or a doggy bag. We all loved the vibe of the restaurant and the nice staff. Very intimate low light screams romance. Defiantly, a cute place to have a special dinner. We were glad we got fancy to eat here!! It's a MUST , when in Portland Maine!!! Can't wait to return!!
